Just four short weeks ago, our team of twelve were barely acquaintances, having only met over the phone. Over the last several weeks, we all bonded doing important project work for our clients, learned about each other and our cultures of origin, all while learning and experiencing a new culture in Lublin, Poland.
Many of us developed deep friendships during our time here, and shared some great experiences. Saying good-bye is always hard, but somehow, some way, I think for many in this group, we may just find a way to meet up again. Maybe we'll meet up again in 2017, when the City of Lublin celebrates 700 years, or in 2020 when the Development Strategy Road-map is complete. Or, maybe even some time down the road there will be an IBM office in Lublin, Poland that will need some expertise in Consulting, IT, Strategy, Finance, or Project Management.
